5 mile recovery run. 10:22 avg. pace. Probably a little fast, but I was running late for an appointment.

you make my legs hurt. they don't understand all those squats and lunges. in fact, I have to close this window now or they might just become too afraid to take me out for a run later.
My legs are used to that kind of torture. That's why they needed the "recovery" run -- LOL. "Recovery Run" = another concept I don't understand.
