Cross-training today. Here's how I crossed:
Stationary bike for 20 minutes (4 something miles)
Forward & Reverse walking lunges SS jumprope (100) X 3
Plie squats on bosu 4 X 30 SS Woodchops (small ball) 4 20
Jump squats on riser 4 X 15 SS Bike (level 5) 4 X 1:30
Pushups (bosu) 4 X 15 SS Mountain climbers 4 X :45
I hate, hate, hate mountain climbers. I'm sure real mountain climbers don't do anything like a mountain climber.
Freddie is still sleeping. It is almost 11:30 AM. Could it be that he doesn't need one of his pain meds? Or was he up late (early) finishing Harry Potter?
