I've been neglecting this blog. I have not been neglecting my workouts though.
Today was a tough one:
(Seated Rows 20lb x 20 SS Walking forward & reverse lunges) x 4
(Reverse grip pulldowns 20lb x 20 SS 150 jumprope) x 4
(Split squats w/ 6 lb x 10 each leg SS pushups x 15) x 4
(on the bosu: Military presses w/ 6 lb dumbell squat then press SS calf raises on the sled 110 lbs) x 2
THEN:
Run 4ish miles. I ran through road construction and the flaggers were holding these signs:

42 minutes.
