Brick


This is a brick:





Today's workout is called a brick. I don't know why. Perhaps because if I do enough of them, I will look like this:


She's a "Brick House"

My brick consisted of 45 minutes of "strength spin" then 3 miles running on the treadmill at 1% grade, 9:30 pace. And I've now turned my blog into a forum for cheesecake.
