Two for the Price of One

Two workouts today.

Running: 5 miles on the treadmill. 1% grade. 1 mile warmup then 5 X 800 repeats at approx. 8:30 pace. Probably a little faster taking into account the 1%. I don't really feel like checking the conversion chart.

Weights:
Chest press (15db) – 4x15

Push-ups on bosu – 4x10

One arm row (20) – 4x15

Push-up row – 4x10

Db curl into Rev military press (10) – 4x15

Rev pike on bosu – 3x15 SS

Plank with feet on bosu – 3x :30

Tough, tough upper body workout that I'll be paying for tomorrow and Friday. I need it though.
