uni military presses on bosu (8lb dbs) X 10 ea. leg SS Deadlifts on bosu (8lb dbs) X 10 x 2
Assisted pull-ups (45) x 10 SS wall sits (1:00) X 3
Then it was outside for a 3 mile "recovery" run which turned out to be pretty difficult because of the course I chose. My average pace was 10:25, but that doesn't tell the whole story. Therefore, I'm attaching a picture of the course elevation.
