Today was a gym day. 20 minutes warmup on the stationary bike then:
Squats with bar only 20 x 4
Unilateral deadlift into reverse lunge w/ 10 lb dumbells 10 each leg x 4
Walking lunges (forward & reverse) x 4
Lat Pulldowns (27.5) x 4
Rebounder w/ 7 lb ball (20) SS Victories (10) x 4
I was a real failure at the victories today. I'm sure I'll feel them tomorrow anyway.
