In the name of science (insert snicker here), I had my body fat analysis done this morning. I hate letting some guy weilding calipers pinch my fat, but it's the only method available to me at the moment. I lost 15 pounds last year and I'm physically fit, so my curiosity being piqued by Mardi's recent post in her blog and Tea's post in hers, I decided to take the bull (or should I say fat) by the horns and get it done.
Here's the stats:
Body weight 124
% Body fat: 15.7
19 pounds of fat/ 105 pounds of lean mass.
For an explanation of what this means, click here, but I can tell you that the unscientific explanation is that it's really good.
I also got 3.25 miles in on the treadmill; avg. HR 149ish. It's a complete snore to run slow on the mill; even listening to This American Life doesn't make it any better. It's another yucky, rainy, cold day.

Those number are too high. You're not doing enough cardio : )
WOW! Those are some great numbers. No wonder you keep getting faster, you're running off well everything!
Excellent numbers! Does anyone ever talk about how tiny you are?
